Portable Nebulizer for Kids & Adults

Always ask your physician for medical advice before using TruNeb. Our customers have used their portable nebulizer machine for:

Asthma

Asthma makes it harder to breathe because the airways become inflamed. Often triggered by exercise, weather, or allergens.

COPD

A chronic lung disease most often related to years of smoking. Flare ups make breathing very difficult from wheezing and mucus.

Bronchitis

Causes swelling in the airways and a lingering cough that makes breathing feel heavy and tight.

Allergies

Seasonal or constant allergies can trigger immune responses and potentially cause airway irritation and wheezing.

Congestion

Chest congestion occurs when mucus membranes produce excess secretions, generally caused by a virus.

Pneumonia

The small air sacs in the lungs get infected and filled with fluid. Airways produce extra mucus.

Croup

A viral upper respiratory infection in younger children causing swelling around the voicebox.

RSV

Respiratory Syncytial Virus is very contagious and common. Mild cases manifest as cold symptoms.

COVID-19

Symptoms can range from mild to severe. Your doctor may recommend nebulized medications for relief.

*Please note this is not an exhaustive list nor guarantee that your saline or medication treatment in the TruNeb will resolve these conditions. Consult your medical provider before nebulizing any substance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a portable nebulizer, and how does it work?

A portable nebulizer is a compact, handheld device that turns liquid medication or saline into a fine mist you can breathe in through a mask or mouthpiece. It doesn't require a bulky air compressor or tubing like standard jet nebulizers. It's also noise-free.

Does insurance cover the TruNeb Portable Nebulizer?

We don't take insurance at this time, but you can purchase our nebulizer and saline with an FSA or HSA card.

Is a portable nebulizer okay for kids?

Yes. Our neb can be used for all ages, and young children often do better with the TruNeb Portable Nebulizer because it doesn't make noise.

How do I maintain and replace nebulizer parts?

Always run 3-6 ml of distilled water through the device after each treatment to prevent the mesh from getting clogged. Depending on how often the nebulizer is used and how it is cared for, the mesh nozzle may need to be replaced every 1-3 months for best performance.

Is your nebulizer FDA approved?

Yes, the TruNeb Portable Nebulizer is FDA approved.

How long does shipping take?

Your purchase will ship within 24 hours from Florida and on average takes around 3 business days to arrive.
